Private Clients

Be sure to capture every moment beyond the ring. Being a private client has you covered from warm-up to competing in the ring, and all the candid moments in between. Show memories don’t just happen for the 90 seconds you’re in the ring, but also outside it. Have each moment captured for a lifetime of memories. There are several options available as a private client. Space is limited, so be sure to fill out the contact form below or email jlaureljarvis@gmail.com.

  • Daily Photo Private Client

    This option for show coverage of one day. This package includes all photos sized as medium digitals. Medium digitals are large enough for you to print up to 5x7 in size. Images include, candids, warm-up, and competition photos. This is for ONE horse and ONE rider combination.

    Each additional horse is $250 and must take place on the same day of competition. Payment is due the Monday of show week.

  • Weekly photo private client

    This option for show coverage of one show week. This package includes all photos sized as medium digitals. Medium digitals are large enough for you to print up to 5x7 in size. Images include, candids, warm-up, and competition photos. This is for ONE horse and ONE rider combination.

    Each additional horse is $400. Payment is due the Monday of show week.

  • Daily video private client

    Capture the special moments in video format to share on social media. Footage is provided of candids, warm-up, and competition rounds on one show day. Footage is taken in vertical format for optimal aspect ratio for Reels and TikTok. This package us for ONE horse and ONE rider combination.

    Additional horses are $350 each. Payment is due the Monday of show week

  • Weekly video private client

    Capture the special moments in video format to share on social media. Footage is provided of candids, warm-up, and competition rounds throughout the week. Footage is taken in vertical format for optimal aspect ratio for Reels and TikTok. This package us for ONE horse and rider combination.

    Additional horses are $600 each. Payment is due the Monday of show week.

  • Weekly Photo and Video Package

    Combination of video and photographic footage is captured throughout the week. Capturing candid, warm-up, and in ring moments. Videos are taken in vertical format for optimal aspect ratio for Reels and TikTok. This package is for ONE horse and ONE rider combination.

    Additional horses are $900 each. Payment is due the Monday of competition week

  • A package of packages. This package is for five CLASSIC packages. When you buy four CLASSIC packages, you'll receive your fifth one free (20% in savings). Capturing candid, warm-up, and in ring moments. All must be booked within 2026 show season. This is for one horse and rider combination only.
